Businesses rarely use calendar quarters when defining Q1, Q2, Q3 etc. I’m not sure what DTCC’s quarter system is but typically Q4 2019 would line up with Apr-May-June.

If you look up DTCC's financial statements, it appears that its fiscal year follows the calendar year.

From an MV37 Q3 2018 whitepaper:

If you recall, there were two distinct volume surges on 9/20 and 9/21 last year.  Both occurred at 12:00 UTC.  Volume and price were then sustained, albeit some market aftershocks up and down. MV

I did read this entire thread. Seems pretty clear that they aren't using XRP. There's really no evidence to suggest they are except for pure hopium.

Even from the start, CLS is using a custom blockchain and doesn't use XRP. They went live at the end of November 2018. CLS processes Trillions of dollars a day. If they used XRP, we would have known.

I think that was the point of the thread.  It's not live yet.  It may have gone through live testing in Sept. last year.  There are dots with R3 and CLS through PayPlus, so it's a theory not based on pure hopium, although I like to take a toke or two every now and then.

No, CLS went live last year, its not just a test:

They've been live on the forex market with their blockchain for several months now.

Right - CLSNet is one FX solution.  I don't believe what CLS and R3 are working on with DTCC is the same thing.  When I was referring to going live, I was referring to the re-platforming of DTCC's TIW.
