Their "Secure Token Exchange (STE)" would be like running an institutional gateway and issuing USD on to the XRPLedger on behalf of the banks so they dont have to do it directly.... but I dont think they mean "crypto" when they say "tokenization" . Bettergoham 120 Posted January 24 It is an opportunity, the clearing house is a domestic settlement network. The way I see it, each country will have their own RTGS system up and running by 2021ish with API capabilities.
