The world will keep speculating but for uS people it's like putting your XRPs in escrow with a risk of losing the key forever... :| I hope you know of a good DEX. Eric123
NEO 3.0 is going to be coming out should give it a boost. I'm still optimistic about both NEO and OMG. XRP I'm not even a little worried. I'd be buying more. IMO this will get resolved with the SEC either by a Ripple win or more likely with a settlement that doesn't hurt XRP. It's nice to know that you are both a lawyer and someone who has been in this space for such a long time. I am a housewife and a casual relief teacher. My learning curve in all this has been very steep. I tend to just glean the overall big picture. All the nitty gritty I can't really be bothered to understand, it mostly goes over my head. I'm not saying I'm ditzy though. Edited December 28, 2020 by Chookstar just adding more detail Pablo, DannyRipple and Eric123 2

No offence but you’re in denial. There’s no question this is catastrophic for XRP from an investment perspective and for Ripple as a company. If this isn’t resolved my zerps will just sit in cold storage. I’ll be very upset, of course, but life goes on and everything will resume as it has. This would just have been an amazing bonus. The extent of the damage is still playing out and it'll take some time which, like I've said before, might be too long and miss this bull cycle. If more exchanges start to halt XRP trading, then liquidity will start to dry up. You could have the most amazing asset in the entire world, but if no one will buy it from you then its worthless. The risk of missing the alt bullrun of '21 is increasing with every bit of bad news. I wish XRP the best, but for now it just doesn't look it is going to turn around anytime soon. I'd rather have my money in other promising alts right now, at least until SEC stuff get's resolved. With this market you never know, so XRP could still bounce and fire upwards, but then it's not due to fundamentals, but purely wicked market mechanics of crypto. Anyhow, good luck to everyone! That pretty much sums it up. Does miss the next bull cycle by holding XRP. Sometimes you bet on the wrong horse. Suck it up, lick your wounds and move onto another coin. Weird logic tbh. You won't miss it by holding XRP. It will just happen a little later.
Eric123
@lucid99 I'm not in denial. I see the situation for what it is. Christ, Coinbase just said it would suspend trading and XRP is still no lower than it was on November 12th!! My line of thought is whoever feared for the status of XRP have already sold during the SEC dump I doubt anyone remaining holding would matter to them at this point whether an exchange delists or suspends. Unfortunately, i've had my head in the sand the last 3 years so haven't being following any projects on a daily basis like I did for XRP. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
