Hi @jonnero. Can you tell us a bit more about the transaction that you think you lost (we don't need amounts or wallet address).

  1. What is the wallet app that you are using? Please point to the website where this app is hosted.
  2. Did you check the XRP ledger to see what happened to the transaction/s? (you can check yourself here: https://bithomp.com/)
  3. It looks like you already tested this wallet and it is working, is this correct?
  4. Where were the funds coming from? If it's from an exchange, did you receive confirmation that the amounts were transferred?
  5. Was the wallet activated with the minimum amount and does that transaction show up on the ledger?

ok i think that it is on other adress. But still I don`t know how torecovery an xrp wallet with 24 word phrase. Which application should i use?

I think you may need to download this

https://github.com/iancoleman/bip39 in order to convert your 24 words to a seed (it's the private key you should keep 100% secure and private)

and ToastWallet, once you have the seed you can import there your wallet

unfortunetly it does not work :/

It does work but it's complicated. You have to enter your word list, then select XRP - ripple. Scroll down and it will show you a bunch of addresses, you have to look up each address in the table (the ones that start with r are the addresses) look them up on bithomp, find out which one has the XRP in it.Then and go back to the table and find the private key for that account.

I only know of one wallet that will sign transactions with a private key and it's this one
http://ripplerm.github.io/ripple-wallet/

So you have a 24 word passphrase and the address of your account (rsbGAp8MhKaftdM8LGL4mSGmh9Hp2u3vXZ)?

You really have to figure out what wallet you used to generate the private key & public address. Ledger Nano S? Some (shady) online paper wallet generator? A (shady) android app?

Are you sure the 24 word passphrase belongs to that address? Does any app detect your passphrase as valid? If so, which public address it belongs to?

If you use the bip39 tool I think (not sure) you only have to check the top generated address/key (not the 1999 others). So maybe try again and see if the top result is valid.

Important: did you try all derivation paths? You have to try it for every BIP32, BIP44, BIP49, BIP84, BIP141.

In future always test a new wallet with a small amount and see if you are able to transfer back (to check validity of the key).

This is very bad and I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. Theres not much you can do now, I advise you to keep an eye on that address. The moment the funds get transfered to an exhange, that's where you can try to hit up their support and try to proof them that these funds are in fact stolen.

Best of luck to you..
