(no, unproven rumors or "news" without a credible source are not beyond reasonable doubt

120% correct. In our age of online overinformation is anyway not easy to distiguish between a credible source and a not reliable one. As an example mr. Popper publishes his garbage on reliable sites and, if you don't know his background and are not previously informed about the argument, you could even believe him

Koichiro Fukui was the Japanese Ambassador to Bulgaria between 2004 and 2007. Bulgarian Government holds the second largest stash of Bitcoin in the world. He has written papers concerning economic modelling for the World Bank. He is an independent director of San-In Godo bank which is part of the SBI conglomerate.

Too many coincidences for me.

He’s a fat troll from Wisconsin eating cheese curds in his parents basement changing his background picture every few days to get conversations going.   It boggles my mind how anyone still buyins into this foolishness and truly shows the IQ and logical thinking of the XRP community.

Is this a troll post? If not then oh my.

If I change my name to Braed Garlinghouse and cryptically tweet riddles about Ripple would you also believe that I’m Brad?
