PHdJ
I have been using a XRP address for quite some time now, together with a Nano Ledger S but I cannot find the Secret Key belonging to the address. At my Gatehub account I can find an address but it is different from what I use with the Ledger and it needs to be activated. Is there such a key and is it a problem when you don't have it? And when so, what to do best? Sorry for the NewBie question! Edited January 8, 2019 by PHdJ
Pablo
If you didn't create and control the 24 word key for your Nano, get your XRP off that Nano S immediately to another wallet where you know and control the keys. Never leave your XRP in a wallet where you didn't create and control the private keys yourself. That includes exchanges, wallets or apps.

What you have is the 24 word seed, which is essentially your private key in a different format. So long as you, and nobody else has access (including having it in an electronic format such saved on a computer), then you safe.

Sorry for the NewBie question! 3 Go to "WALLET" Click "Advanced" Click "Show secret key" Type in your GateHub password Store your key in a safe place Do not share your secret key with anyone and keep it in a safe place (paper copy or offline storage).
