A xrp ledger volume, graphically represented, would be a great addition, we really need to have a visualised representation of XRP ledger volume over time.

It would be cool to see "XRP Destroyed" charted over time, I think that would be a pretty solid KPI for volume of network Utility is growing or not. I'm only seeing a few transactions per ledger close, so if "1500 per second" is accurate, and ledgers close in 4 seconds that is a max of 6000 transactions per ledger. Until transaction volumes start pushing that, the apparent utility value is pretty low, way less than $1 per ledger close, even less than $0.01 per ledger close.

Also things like, how much value is in Payment Channels, and the cumulative number of Payment Channels over time. So, for this chunk of time there was 5, for this next chunk of time there was 9... This should be some proxy for xRapid, especially if you could identify the wallet owner as an xCurrent Exchange, or even a bank. Maybe PayChan Receipt transaction volumes also could be interesting.

If you've transacted in other leading cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, you may have undoubtedly used their Blockchain explorers to look up the status of your transactions and check your account balance. You may also have felt the need for a Ledger explorer for Ripple that provides similar levels of ease of use and granularity of information. The XRPSCAN project aims to bridge that gap and provide you with a clean and simple way to look up your accounts and transactions.

Outstanding work.  :viannen_89:

I believe this can go well with the Transaction statistics widget at the bottom. The widget can link to an advanced view on a separate page and show ledger transaction volume on a time series chart. Thank you, this is a great tip!

I should be able to select these data points, including Destroyed XRP and Payment Channel activity, and draw them on the time series charts. Thanks for the feedback, these are great suggestions.

Great work. Out of interest, is a project like this just a hobby project or are you monetizing this somehow? I think this kind of stuff is great but I'm just wondering at people's motivations.

With the huge uptake Coil has seen in the recent months, our plan is to monetize it via Coil after the service stabilizes. At the moment there's no monetization because we want to finish the full version roadmap and improve the stability of the service (A large portion of making this service stable involves moving away from Ripple Data APIs, which is a huge bottleneck, and leveraging the services provided by our rippled instance).

A big thank you to everyone for sharing your feedback. We really appreciate it.
