Woestekip
Why don,t make we a ripple wallet for the community! Every transaction fee goes to the XRPchat.com communitymembers. We have almost 1000 members. But we have also te knowledge to do that. Shall we create a team to build a ripple wallet only for the XRPchat.com community! who is in? ElMoskito
It's funny to see the same requests than 2 or 3 years ago on the old forum. Edited January 26, 2017 by ElMoskito nik
Woestekip
Yes, but when is the time to do that? The time is now!
tulo
Fees are destroyed...you can't "redirect" them.

mike91
What do you mean? Build new wallet software? And only for use for this community or for everyone? Why you want that? Just for fun? I'm just trying to understand Edited January 26, 2017 by dekaasboer
Woestekip
Just for the monetair system, because xrp will be the bridge currency of trust! And we as community of xrpchat.com believe in that. xrp noob

I thought snapswap was able to tack on a fee, on ledger, per transaction, or is that feature no longer available?

Every issuer can charge a fee for transactions that involve their IOUs. rippleric

Exactly, but it is a completely different story from doing a wallet that can redirect the (XRP) fees to the users. You'd need to issue IOUs, and hope that someone uses those IOUs, but there are commercial implications, licenses etc involved. rippleric

How about the fees go the the community controlled, multi-signed wallet(s) and or @karlos donation wallet?

Even though I like the idea of this forum's membership being rewarded, I will note that there is already a community wallet out there, and it's being translated into multiple languages. Here's the link to the thread on this forum: @RafOlP might be able to tell you more about it. cmbartley and rippleric
