thinlyspread
https://xx.network/archive/xxcoin-tokenomics/ xx coin: Tokenomics & Use Cases Communication is the foundation of the Internet. Social media, news, shopping, and educational platforms are all underpinned by the ability to communicate across the world, at any time, with anyone. We form relationships, we learn, we grow, and we share our lives and our secrets online – and up until now, we’ve done it by selling our identities to the most powerful companies in the world. The xx network is a revolution in the way we build and use the communications platforms that make the Internet so ubiquitous in our daily lives. The xx network provides private communications infrastructure that isn’t owned by a corporation, individual, or government. On top of that, the xx network can’t scoop up your data or your identity, and it can’t be censored – nor be discovered – even by the most determined actors. Ensured by cryptography, the xx network is owned and operated by its users, meaning you can run the servers and make the decisions. The xx coin represents your voice in the network. It’s used to vote, exchange value, and incentivize you to run a server or node, and it gives uncensorable access to the most private decentralized communications network in the world. The full rundown on the xx network’s tokenomics can be found here, and we’ve put together a high-level overview of the xx coin below for those of you who are interested in helping build a truly protected digital society. PlanK
I like this idea of an efficient cash-like crypto for the masses. The current stack of anonymous/privacy coins based on prehistoric mining protocols just don't cut it. The big question for xx... Wen exchange? elias
thinlyspread, do you see any problems with xx and is the coin available? it looks convincing at first glance i wonder how it compares technically to something flare etc., i guess the main difference is privacy. does anyone know of a comparison between layer one blockchains? Yes some completely different intended use cases. I see some issues around the tokenomics, like every project (literally, every single one I've ever seen!) esp. regarding funding for devs/team/marketing and unlock periods that can devestate the market. But otherwise, not especially. The main hold-back would probably be the fact that it is private/decentralized etc, and therefore regulations like those in the United States may prohibit its free exchange within certain jurisdictions, which impacts liquidity.
