Great video, but the voiceover volume is too low relative to the music.  You should also cut the last minute of the video.  Videos with longer runtimes can be discouraging for people to view, and this is effectively 1:40 not 2:40.  Certainly its annoying for the viewer to have to skip through to discover there is no further information.  Other than these two criticisms though, its really great - I think you're doing awesome work.

don't really understand the marketing style but... whatever, that's subjective

i'm looking forward to seeing real results, hearing customer feedback on the UX and features, and what kind of volumes and overall security there is

everything until then is hype, but i do hope they can pull in some decent XRP vols

@P3T3RIS your new exchange is not yet an established name. One of your main challenges (next to user friendliness) in my opinion is to gain trust of new customers.

How can I trust you will not just run away with my money?

Not trying to be mean here but I am curious to your answer

This is certainly a concern.  I think the marketing is spot-on for who they're going for, but they do need to address the trust issue in a big way to attract more than this crowd. Though I believe people who will respond to this style of marketing are a huge part of the current crypto demographic, they are not necessarily the part with the most money or the longest retention.

@ixarepe and @zerpdigger, your guestion is actually same, although from different points.

We have started something that did not exist, never done before. There really is nothing for us to compare ouservelves at this point. Of course we can look at our volumes and customer base, but that is irrelevant.

Reliability comes over time and only after enough customers sign up, deposit, trade and withdraw, and then say to others it all worked well. If it did not work well, we’d like to hear that too, and that is why we’re actively present on our own Discord for example. Everybody is most welcome to join discussions there, we believe that builds confidence towards our exchange.

https://discord.gg/FwJ39dZ

One other thing, which is very important! We can not compete with huge globally known exchanges at this point, no matter what! If we can’t wake people up, be a bit more aggressive, no one finds us! We must touch your feelings, good or bad, but we want you to FEEL that we are working for our community, Zerpers.

i hope you give us a chance to show that we are in this for real, our vision of XRP as global liquidity benefits all XRP hodlers, therefore the bigger we grow, the better your investment will also be!

Our video has 2 important facts in it, that is why the end of the video is like it is!

XRP is the only way to get in and out of an exchange in less than a minute, and that will change the world!

Signed in. Currently going through the verification process. Do like the clean interface

When you’re verified, could you deposit some XRP to your account and then withdraw it back to your original wallet?

Check how long it took and if you then would come to Discord and discuss with us how it all went, and answer here too if you wish.

Nice to have you onboard ?

I have had an account with XRP United for a few days now. Remember to get verified first as only then you can trade and/or move crypto.

Verification to level 3 took me approximately 24 hours. Customer support received was very good indeed. Response via the customer support ticket was rapid. So far so good. Planning to use them again soon so'll let you all know.

Thank you very much, this is exactly the kind of feedback I want to hear.

Response to customer support ticket was rapid.... That´s what I like to hear, since this is our main priority at the moment. All our customers experiences matter and based on their experiences and feedback they give us, we can improve our platform faster. Faster is faster!

Verification to lvl 3 took 24 hours....This is not something we want to see in the future. We want our verification process to be instant all the way from sign-up to highest levels, and that should not take more than few minutes. Faster is faster!

Try sending some zerps to your wallet and then take them out. Start with something very small, that makes all the wait, excitement and fear a bit easier to handle. Besides 4 seconds ledger time there are possible time consuming features in both sending and receiving wallets. Our software requires some additional time to accept that transaction and direct it to your subaccount (remember to add tag).

When you have tried it back and forth, could you also post the transaction times here, XRP transactions in and out? I really would appreciate that.

Thanks once more for your feedback @Centaurus . You early adopters are the Cristoforo Colombos of each new endeavour! You make a path for others to follow :)

So far I only had one deposit and one withdrawal. I would approximate both deposit and withdrawal times at a few seconds in total. Hard to be certain without measuring, perhaps 6 or so seconds. In line with the trx times from my favourite exchanges such as Wirex, Bitpanda, etc.

@P3T3RIS I have only one concern at this moment...to promote your platform you are using a nickname, no picture of yourself and no description ...who are you?

Sorry but I can't trust someone hiding behind an alias account.

Yeah. Why the anonymosity? Why the association with Ripple Riddler imagery (e.g. matrix background, 589)?

Are you 'borrowing' from RR to hype your new exchange or are you RR?

Both of you are capable at producing high quality video's.

?
