What are the USA member's most prized venue for USD exchange into crypto? I'm having headaches with them all.

Two votes for Uphold.  fee's are a little pricey, but I see it as paying for the convenience of instant XRP gratification.

Bittrex, Bitstamp and Uphold. Uphold is what I wanted from Coinbase; Bitstamp is what I wanted from Bittrex; and Bittrex is what I wanted from Binance. I don't think you can go wrong with either of the three imo.
