GateHub email's not working and I can't sign-in

same problem for me for both of my accounts.

password is right but first it did not accept authy code for 2 steps verification  multiple times even when it was correct, then i tried to login again it came up with error below stating they will send me an email but they never did... so I dont know if Gatehub is falling apart and I should transfer my funds to bitstamp... ?????
