When/if Ledger adds support for the required transaction types, the xLedg and XRP Toolkit interfaces should be interoperable. Since both are built on top of the XRP ledger and its built-in orderbook.

Regarding Ledger, there's an open issue (https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-app-xrp/issues/3) for 'SetTrust' transactions. Raising awareness about this and have more users reach out to Ledger is probably a good idea.

The software you're linking to isn't written in C++.

Errr C# is the hotness these days yeah?

Guys word on the street is stellar community already wrote this functionality for ledger hardware. We need to step it up...

or like xrptoolkit says we at least need the community to bombard Ledger with the request to chop chop

The ledger (ledger hardware wallet) software is written in C, not C#. I agree that it would be nice to have, but I don't see how you plan to finance this? This is far from trivial or cheap, so "chop chop" - shell out some dough or write it yourself!

Skipping through the code it seems to only assume a single transaction type for example.

I’ve been chop chopping guy... and I have no problem shelling out some cash but this is all open source. I ain’t getting paid.

We are all specialists I happen to be front end web so hence why I’m calling support from the community.

And yes it only supports parsing 1 transaction type right now which is “payment” . It actually should be pretty trivial to someone with the right knowledge. Just adding support to parse additional fields

Excuse my ignorance here.

If I understand you correctly, you want someone to update the source for the firmware at https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-app-xrp/tree/master/src to support OfferCreate (so you can then use that functionality from a javascript frontend app)?

If someone did that then how would one go about installing the modified firmware on the nano ledger? Can users install it themselves, or does the modified source have to be approved by LedgetHQ?
