I also think that SWIFT may use the currency of IBM & Stellar.

In case you're not the famous Stellar troll

Look at the last column of this table. Are you seriously saying that this shitcoin is gonna be used by any FI?

あなたが有名なステラ・トロールでない場合

この表の最後の列を見てください。あなたは真剣にこのshitcoinがどんなFIによっても使われると言っていますか?

I think it's good that we have a Swift GPI advocate here...   it's always best to see what the other players can bring on to the field.

Nothing new in any of this that I have seen here though....

However, the members of the SBI Consortium are 50 banks.(RippleNet)
Japan 's National Bankers Association has over 200 banks.(SWIFT GPI)

Japan 's National Bankers Association also has ATM.

I am just concerned.

So on that basis alone, that's a 20% reduction in SWIFT control...

So now let's watch Ripple take an overall 20% and go from there.

A 20% takeover of SWIFT business would be astronomical.

Get cheering for it instead of being a mood hoover.

I think the chance of a Ripplenet bank going backwards to a GPI solution is much,  much,  lower than the chances of a Swift member switching to Ripplenet.  So a startup getting 25% and also having a good chance of further growth seems awesome to me.

I do not think that's a big problem. The banking world does not just work in black and white. If 61 Japanese banks in a consortium use xRapid, there are other banks that continue to use SWIFT. Money is also transferred to these other banks. So why not upgrade the old technology? Even though xRapid goes live, Brad once mentioned that in 4-5 years, they want to have about 50% of all banks as partners. Changes do not happen overnight...

Quality will win in the end

They will all be using the same rails (ILP) the vision is not exclusionary to choice

But Swift GPI is new architecture that uses blockchain. I imagine Ripple will be more and more difficult to differentiate by fee and time.

SWIFT probably imitated Xcurrent's business model with SWIFT GPI.

SWIFT GPI looks the same way as Xcurrent, which connects bank accounts directly.

Next, I think SWIFT will issue currency with Hyperledger.
