Snoopy
Snoopy's Chick Fil'A clone recipe @SgtPeppers @BarryM17 I don't have a recipe for fried chicken wings asian style, but this is my Chick Fil'A Fried chicken clone recipe. You can dip it into an asian sauce, or if you want it coated put the sauce in the bowl toss in some of the finished chicken and lightly toss it to coat. 3 cups Dill Pickle Juice (Usually we do the Kosher Dill Pickles you get in the refrigerated section... About 3 jars should do it.... If we're really good we will go to the local farmers market get some kosher dill pickles and also ask the guy for some juice.) 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 eggs 2 cups milk 3 cups flour 1/3 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons pepper 1 tablespoon paprika Cut up the chicken into what you feel is bite sized "nuggets" trimming and cutting away the junk. let it sit overnight in the pickle juice So here's what I do then... I get a BIG (by which I mean depth (about 12 inches) so I can do this without making a huge mess.... Mix up eggs and milk together in the pot... Combine the dry ingredients, then dump it by thirds into the pot and mix it all up. Dump in the chicken (NOT the pickle juice). Mix it all up so that all of the chicken is coated. Let that sit in the refrigerator for at least TWO hours. Set up your deep fryer for 375 Degrees I don't usually use the basket, but drop the chicken in. Start with one, let it cook for about 6 to 8 minutes... Depending on your deep fryer it could be less time. Pull out the one chicken piece and cut into it and make sure it's cooked. Adjust accordingly. Do up the rest of the chicken. Be smart and don't over fill your deep fryer. Drain on the a cooling rack with paper towels underneath. If ANYONE has a clone recipe for their BBQ sauce (or a really good BBQ, or honey mustard recipe) I would love to have it....
