No because the majority of us will cash out when we're in the thousands.

There are alot more people wondering why they bought a pizza with 20.000 bitcoins than there are millionaires from btc.

Agree 100%. Many who did not cash out at previoust ATH, will do it when(if) we come to that range again.

With the addition of 60K new millionaires, the total world supply of millionaires would DRAMATICALLY jump from 15.0 millionaires to 15.06 millionaires.

Don't believe me?  Great, you can do your own math:

https://www.businessinsider.com/worlds-millionaires-own-nearly-half-the-total-wealth-2017-11

THIS- "...DRAMATICALLY jump from 15.0 millionaires to 15.06 millionaires." "Don't believe me? Great, you can do your own math." I was giving you the benefit of the doubt by pointing out he wasn't trolling/fudding. The alternative is that you were being condescending, which was odd coming from you. I agree with what you were saying- it's how you said it. Nevermind. I'm sure the OP is a big boy and can handle it.

DYOR. Someone asked and I answered. I researched and liked it. It's cheap enough it doesn't affect me. I don't consider it an investment.

If you only want the best of the best investments, you're already invested in it. My advice then is to buy more XRP.

What's the best exchange for Casino Coin?

Casino coin wallet, its provided by the csc foundation and available on the casino coin website.

All - can I please ask you to stick to XRP discussions on this thread - we don't mind discussion of CSC as long as it is moved to the appropriate Alt-Coin sub. You are always welcome to open a new thread there to discuss this. Thanks.

Adjusted to remove the emphasis and avoid the perception of being condescending.

Thanks.

When XRP does get adopted, we could well have a sustained value above 20$ and the wealth it generates for early adapters is a drop in the bucket. The only concern I would have with this scenario is how the founders' XRP is managed - Chris Larsen, Arthur Britto particularly. We know Jed has an agreeement that limits his daily sales to 1% of daily volume for the next 2 years and 1.5% daily volume from there on. I think a similar arrangement and/or an escrow deal needs to be put in place with all private/early stage holders including Chris. Otherwise you get this really weird situation where we end up with a Trillionaire on paper. It's just going to create unnecessary speculation and attention, not a good thing for the health of XRP ecosystem.

Totally agree, someone selling tons of XRP is not good.

Does anyone however see a possible benefit to this?  I  know there's a ton of XRP out there, and that's for a reason, I get it.  But take something like BTC, which derives a lot of it's value due to the limited supply available.  Any benefit to us as the supply dwindles?

Many still dont realize what we saw in Dec/Jan a new article claims the average investor "bet the bank" on crypto. Investing 8-9 years worth of average savings trying to become rich investing in the market.

Key reason why we havent seen volume like that again......it truly was a "white swan" event.

Gains now will be much much slower aside from daytrading imo.

History agrees since the spike I suppose we can revisit in 6 months and see if it is still true.

See the below chart.  Notice the long period in the beginning where just NOTHING was happening.  Then notice the dramatic spikes up and down.  Then notice the overall trend and where things eventually ended up.  The value of buying and holding something that you believe in.

I don't 100% agree with you on this one. I think when Xrapid is launched there will be less (heavy) swings like we witnessed in January.

Because I came into the game around end of January and really started investing around the 0.50 Mark I accumulated around 40k now which costed me around 20k.

Many people including my self don't have the luxury to spend more then that, if at all! So the "pipe-dream" is all they have.

But that's not the reason I think XRP will reach higher heights then $20 in the near future. If Xrapid picks up faster then we expected we can perhaps see those numbers in 2019.

We reached $4 just by speculation for goodness sake haha.

I agree. Also, whales and institutions will never stop accumulating, taking XRP off the market. If the global economy is tied to XRP (sounds too good to be true, but I believe in the theories more and more each day) and those 100bn zerps are utilized everywhere in money transfers, escrow, microtransactions, big banks, government treasuries.... and the like.... 100bn doesn't seem like that much anymore.

There are more than 7bn people on the planet. 9.8bn by 2030. Corporations and governments are essentially very large people/wallets. I'm young. I can hold that long. By then.... sure XRP may be surpassed by another technology... or it may reach it's full potential. I'm willing to bet the wager on money I could be using to drink beer rn.

I think it is possible to become wealthy off XRP. I do not subscribe to moon fantasies that predict 50 to 100 dollars in the immediate future. Thats not to say that XRP couldn't hit 50 to 100 in several years upon full adoption. My realistic short term (one year) price prediction is anywhere between $3 to 5 dollars. I want to believe $10 is likely to happen soon, but at 30 pennies right now, its hard to imagine that happening. I really hope I'm wrong. I think a spike to $10 is possible given a FOMO situation like last year, but I doubt it would last. You can bet I'd have my computer on call for such an event to capitalize.

In any of the aforementioned scenarios, to become a millionaire, one would need a sizable stack of XRP (over 100k). To accumulate 100k xrp may not be that difficult in this market if you have brass ****and some cash lying around.

We need @Chewiecoin to settle this once and for all - we will all be billionaires!! We wil never se such low prices again. XRP is a winning ticket. How hard is it to understand that?

Buying XRP is an investment that I believe in and one which if you are prepared to HODL for the next 3 to 5 years should give you an excellent ROI.

I’m not sure if this is the end of the low prices. I wish it was but no one can say.

The future IMO for XRP is very bright. We just have to have patience.
