Step 2 Dump XRP at the BUNCH it would burry JED Step 3 Unleash the XRP trolls. Well actually step 3 Is just for fun. We know memebers at xrpchat don't sell we just like to annoy them. And that's how we play. Who.. has.. weak.. hands Price: a hearth attack when you see XRP at €10 Did some Zerp shopping myself today ?
Guest
These lawyers are not dumb, but they are using the people they are representing. They know the potential of Ripple and XRP is astronomical if they could get a measly 1 percent in settlement to go away when this thing takes off it's still going to be a win for them because as was mentioned early the litigants will probably receive pennies vs what these lawyers can get. What they are hoping is that this whole security thing is dragged out as long as possible, the longer it goes the more opt a settlement agreement will be reached with a stipulation of non disclosure of the settlement. Even if XRP is deemed not a security which I think it will be declared not one it will be more advantageous to shake these law suits early if possible while the stakes are low. Settling won't be an admission of being a security but will clear the path for this not coming up again in the future. I hope Ripple goes to battle and win it. I don't want them to settle. Win it and it sets precedence under law against similar lawsuits. Ripple has the funds to fight this. Look at stellar who settled out of court with Arthur Britto when he accused them of being a for profit company and claimed there non profit was a lie they paid him off but now after the XRP security thing gets settled there wide open for more lawsuits like that and going after them for being a security

Easy game. Or, lose to Mary Jo White and bottomless legal fee war chest. Easy game.
