[KORBIT] Termination of Stop Order for BTC

Recommended Posts

I keep zero crypto on exchanges so I've never made use of Stop Orders. I buy and sell as needed. And I don't do BTC.

However, with BTC currerntly dictating the market trends it may be something to be aware of. Could it result in more/less volume, liquidity, volitility, etc?

I received the following notice from Korbit, a Korean exchange I use.

We will bid farewell to Stop Order provided for BTC orders through gradually stopping the feature and cancelling all stop orders.

Feature Termination: After 15:00 on 07/04/2018
Cancel Stop Orders: After 15:00 on 07/11/2018

So I'm interested to hear from people who often use Stop Orders and how this might affect you if your exchange stop supporting Stop Orders.
