Doesn't sound right to me. If you used online Banking and the money has not yet been processed/sent from your Bank Account then you must be entitled to put a stop on it. It's your account and your money! It's entirely different if it has already been processed.

Doesnt sound right to me either.....she said since it was initiated from Chase that she couldnt stop it....I mean I could of told her who would be trying to withdraw from  my checking account and to stop it...I might just go in and ask

so any thoughts on calling my bank to stop this? Or will CB ban me?

I'm sorry, no idea on this. I'd still try to contact coinbase first about your issue. It's clear you don't want to use another company so I wouldn't blow up the relationship.
