Anyone who knows how to withdraw BTC.SnapSwap from btc2ripple.com? Their federation still works?

I have waste more than 1 bitcoin at there already, and they never respond back. Their website doesn't allow any new users to registered. Never waste XRP at their IOU. If you have account with them, please do let me how it works for withdraw.

winthan, did you buy their BTC IOU recently through RCL or deposited through their site? Either way I think it is a very bad idea to use their service at this point.

Altough as it seems their service is suspended, they did not announce anywhere on their site that they are suspending their services at some point in time and currently no announcement of this either. Are they trying to scam less informed people from real BTC to worthless BTC IOU?

I tried to use their federation api to build a withdrawal and I received this error:

Just to let everyone know, the instructions on the second page of this thread I wrote was meant for ripple-REST which is now deprecated/not supported, so I suggest running the commands that require rippled from the command line with the json command.

@winthan Can you tell us what happened with btc2ripple?

Well, I accidently traded btc2ripple with XRP in Gatehub wallet. But later it seems that btc2ripple is the dead gateway, so I contact them for withdrawing from it. They responded in 15 days as below.

I had received same email like winthan and submitted all documents they wanted. I am also waiting for their responds. Anyway, BTC.SnapSwap was removed from ripplecharts.com

Two months ago, I have requested withdrawal of the BTC.SnapSwap and sent all the documents they wanted which were translated into English and notarized. Today I got the message from them as below.

"As we understand from your documents, the owner of funds is a resident of Korea. Currently we do not open accounts or provide services to residents of South Korea. You can still trade your bitcoins for any other instrument on the ripple network."

But according to their Terms of Service, they do not provide services only to USA citizens from 1 July 2015. Furthermore, the BTC was deposited before the effective date of their new Terms of Service - on 9th March 2015 the BTC was deposited.

What should I do?

I thought that I was watching historical paradigm shift of money transfer using cryptocurrency and believed in the future of cryptocurrency. I am very disappointed.
