So I just saw this one passing tweeted by Charlie Schrem. The title of the article is quite click-bait-some, and I shortly got the impression SWIFT was partnering with a coin.. an ICO even. That would be funny. Surfing the the website of Cointelegraph, I saw it was placed under press-release... The partnership between Morpheus and Accesspay (I don't know them) might be there, but the 'article' itself is IMO mainly one big pump attempt for a coin (might even work.. untill the SEC says hello). That explains it a little bit. And Swift is not partnered.
