Got a second email from a "Client Engagement" person - that's only the 2nd email in 9 days - to tell me that "your request to the corresponding team. They will contact you as soon as possible." I'm not taking any chance to loose anymore...I believe they are professional enough to refund eventually what has been lost? but I can't deal with a support team that doesn't reply to my emails.
