More, customer service can't reply after 6 days...I've sent 4 reminders without success. I am very disappointed and will be looking for another exchange. Too bad, it used to be a good place. Even coinbase has been hoping around from bank to bank. Suggestions: Circle Coinbase From what I've heard, dealing with small traders isn't very profitable. So don't be shocked to see them close their retail shop and pivot into a more lucrative and large scale commercial operation in the near future. For example a complaint for a $3 million trade from one large client is less labor intensive and more profitable than having 100 traders complain about their $500 trades. I'm curious because I'm also a Kraken customer but have no need to withdraw until XRP appreciates or does anything remotely profitable. I've done many in/out in different currencies/altcoins....it's the first time it takes so long (the last withdraw was 2 weeks ago and took - as usual - 3 days). Even though they are often not very fast in customer support, this is a first...before it took a day or two to get their attention. Very interesting topic since I'm a kraken user myself & I'm sure many on this chat are as well since there aren't many options for xrp currently available at the moment.
