Never received Gatehub two step email

Hi everyone,

I'm a little new to cryptocurrency trading but have been doing a lot of research. I recently registered for Gatehub and was successful indoing so am able to login and have received my account recovery key. However on joining it was stated I'd receive a confirmation email so I could go through the verification proces but never received it. I can log in upon which it says successfully logged in but then goes to a red "problem with account etc" box asking me to refresh upon which same message appears. On contacting them they replied that it usually takes ten days to get the verification going but it has been in excess of ten days. I'm wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences with this and how they were remedied. I've also successfully signed up for and downloaded the apps for Uphold and Authy.

not getting confirmation emails/sms seems to be a common issue with them (among the many, many other issues with gatehub's exchange/website/service)

which browser are you using? it seems the browser that plays nice with gatehub is chrome -- i've had issues with FF, Safari, etc

try clearing cache etc? also check spam/junk emails just in case

otherwise, keep pressuring them -- maybe take it to social media else they can be AGONIZINGLY

Thanks zerpdigger. I'm using safari/MacOSX right now although they did in between this post and original one emailed me a suggestion as well. I will try your suggestions also. They are much appreciated. I think if I continue to run into difficulties I'm just going to research and open a new wallet. Again thanks.

@gatehub

it seems to happen to more peope and me aswell. Im not getting any location/device confirmation emails aswell. I also cleared cache and tried on different browsers.Would be great if gatehub tells us whats going on.

Hey, our mailing system is back on. The third party issue has been resolved. Authorize device and password reset requests should be resubmitted. We thank you for your patience.

Hey, our mailing service is currently not working correctly and it's sending emails out later then it should with a bad link. We apologize for the inconvenience, we're working hard to fix the issue asap and will keep you posted.
