PaulyS
Have been using revolut to buy my XRP's in Euros from Kraken. Went to buy some just now and got a message that they do not support this beneficiary due to internal security reasons - seem like no crypto-exchanges are supported now. Is this a ploy to get customers to use their app? I would not mind if you could transfer out to an external wallet. Is there any other cheap method of funding Kraken with Euros? Thanks
Guest
It's reaction to what is happening in cryptosphere right now. My bet is on imminent implosion of tethered exchanges. In other words run to the exit as fast as you can.

Which method were you using? SEPA? P.S.: Seems that due to FCA compliance they had to cut Kraken. https://community.revolut.com/t/kraken-sepa-withdrawal-reverted/38421/32 Edited May 8, 2018 by Socrates

It cost me 2 euro more per 50 euro via my bank as their conversion rate is higher than revolut. Have a great day all!
Socrates
By the way, you can find a list of exchanges that Revolut allegedly still supports (not all have XRP) here: https://community.revolut.com/t/kraken-sepa-withdrawal-reverted/38421/25 I would assume Kraken is looking into this... My (anecdotal) impression is that a lot of people were using Revolut to deposit/withdraw. Flintstone
1Ton
Yesterday I opened a euro bank account with Fidor Bank in Germany. Euro withdrawals from my Kraken account show up in my Fidor German bank account within 30 seconds. And then from my Fidor German bank account I did a transfer to Revolut.
