XRPto50dollars
This is what many have been waiting for from Ledger. Looks like they FINALLY have got their act together: Quote This app will be available on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS and won’t require Google Chrome or Chromium anymore Ledger Manager Additionally, Ledger is working on a new version of the Ledger Manager platform. We’ll shortly move to a web based solution involving direct USB communication without the need to install any extension. https://www.ledger.fr/2018/02/23/announcing-new-ledger-wallet-desktop-mobile-applications/ Edited April 18, 2018 by XRPto50dollars Andi10, MemberBerry and xrphilosophy 1
XRPto50dollars
just a thought.. for new users of the Nano S... one option is to wait for this new release to come out. this way you dont have to worry like the original users had to, about whether or not the Chrome App is safe/legit

XRPisVELOCITY
Looks like a wallet update. Hoping I don't have to update the firmware again. Didn't go so easy for me last time. DarthTrader

Didn't go so easy for me last time. I'm so conflicted. I use Toast Wallet, but I am paranoid and feel I might need to get a Nano S, then I keep hearing about firmware updates and complications and I get scared back into just sticking with Toast... I'm not looking forward to dropping 130 bucks after 2 day shipping on it either, but in the grand scheme of things what is spending 130 bucks compared to losing an investment worth hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars.... I just want to make the right decision. I wish there were more options. The idea of a paper wallet scares me too. Everything scares me. Looks like there should be some nice updates coming to nano later this year. Looking forward to being able to use my Android. It is nerve racking for me to do the updates just because my PC has been acting up lately. But I do feel much more secure with everything on my nano and locked away.
