I put in a ticket with Gatehub on December 15, 2017, 17:31 CET.

 

I finally received a response on Apr 10, 2018 12:26 CEST.

 

Now that is some customer support LMAO

 

Thank god for XRPchat and all the wonderful members here. I got all the answers I needed from here.
