Mrsrippley
Hi, I have recently found an online "shop" selling XRP at a ridiculously high price of £1.80 each. I found the company registered at companies house (UK) back in January and have kept an eye on it, just out of curiosity. I do apologise for my ignorance but I would like to know if this is a legitimate way of selling XRP as it just doesn't seem right. Any information appreciated. manateehunter
There are no regulations prohibiting that kind of sales, it's probably a leftover from the bull run dec-jan when everyone wanted a new wallet and were willing to pay above market to set one up. Once you buy zerps it's up to you how to sell them after all. Mrsrippley
Theone01
Are they accepting paypal? If so they can get burnt, paypal always favor the buyers.

The company was registered on January 10 so I guess that ties in, you send them payment and your wallet address. It was just a thought after all the regulations coming into practice KYC etc on exchanges. The place is called XRP Shop which I stumbled upon when doing some research on domain names and company registrations, directors are listed as Digital Asset Manager and Blockchain Logistics Engineer. Things like that were all over e-bay early January.
