How to transfer XRP out of Rippex

As my title states, how do i transfer XRP out of Rippex?  i see my tokens in the account explorer and i can send tokens into the balance, yet do not see where to send them out. Rippex support talks in circles and will not advise me on how to do this. can somebody give me some direction of how this is done.. i even sent a request to Rippex support to move them for me if that is the way, and have not heard back... Thank you
