Rippex/Computer Crashed

So my computer crashed, I can't access my XRP. I do have my secret key and wallet address written down; however, I went to rippex to try and download the wallet on another device and it appears they are no longer offering downloads for it.  Is there anything I can do? I want to get my XRP out of there if possible

Check out wallets by Toast (mobile) or Harbor (desktop - secureblockchains.com) Import your wallet with your secret key and your set. As long as you have your secret key and no on else does, you're set to HODL for years.

Thanks guys for the help. I downloaded toast and put in my secret key; however, it says that my wallet is not activated and not showing my balance. Am I missing something?

If you check your public address in Bithomp explorer (https://bithomp.com/explorer/)r or XRP Ledger account explorer (https://xrpcharts.ripple.com/#/graph) ; does your account show balance?

It's possible the wallet simply isn't connecting to the network correctly.

And then my, say, 52,000 will show up?

20 XRP is only if it's a brand new address; if you already hold XRP greater than 20 in an account it should show up automatically. Gatehub.net is an online wallet provider. You can import Ripple wallets into their system. They offer hosted (your account in their system) or Ripple (XRPLedger) wallets.

Checked in bithomp, and it says No balance shown of any kind (e.g. 0, 100, 1000, etc)

just says wallet not yet active

Yes, I had the actual secret key.

Download any ripple compatible wallet software, and use the secret key to open the existing account.

As soon as the wallet soft connects to the XRPL, it should show your balance.

Hmmm.... ---->>> http://blog.rippex.net/br/2018/02/gateway-closure/

Rippex gateway closure...I wonder if banks adopting Ripple products are requesting Ripple for these types of closures so the banks' customers can depend on their own banks for services instead of having to have potential future competition with Ripple gateways...just a thought.

Remember the competition Ripple had for the community to come up with ideas to help spread ripple to the four corners of the Earth and the winning concept was OMG (One Million Gateways 'ripple'), That idea waned with time, and this latest closure is a continuation of that waning. Hmm...Ripple is becoming more popular with investors/users including banks and other FIs, but these are products for banks, so it makes you wonder what's going on..sort of getting you to believe that maybe banks and other such FIs are putting pressure to avoid start-up competition from non-banking companies.

Imported my wallet to Harbor by using the secret key. It comes back saying my balance is "null"

This is looking grim. My only hope is to rush to get my laptop fixed; I think I have until April 2 it says on Rippex, but i don't even know if my balance is still on Rippex since I exported it (even though my balance isn't showing up on Harbor or Toast)...this is effed up.

I really don't know what to do. As I said in one of my prior posts, my toast wallet status reads as "not activated." That bulls***....you should just have to import the wallet with the code and if it has enough for a reserve then it opens it.  I had more than 20 XRP on Rippex. I don't know...I am just ticked off, upset, whatever else is synonymous with that.

Any advice would be appreciated.
