tulo
Hi US citizens, I was wondering what should I do to sue Poloniex from Europe. I tried to file a complaint at BBB, but they were useless (after a few minutes they told me the business is unreachable ). Basically I have not anymore access to the mail used to register at Poloniex, and they removed the withdrawal option from the API key I had, so basically I cannot withdrawal the funds (many thousands $ equivalent). I opened two tickets and it's 2 months they didn't answer. What do you suggest to do? XRPHdlr

whiteout
You should probably consult a lawyer
Quintree
They get lawsuit threats every day, so they know pretty well what they can get away with. I would sue as a last resort and wait at least a month longer for an answer to your ticket. It takes these exchanges forever to get to tickets, but I haven't had one not answered yet, even though one ticket was answered several months after submission. It's already 2 months and a half. I don't think one more month will help

XRPHdlr
it's messed up how the customer support sucks so bad at these exchanges. They're dealing with so much money, and you can't even call them on the phone. I hope you get this sorted out.
Greeny
Normally if you put in a support request threatening the lawsuit, then the will respond in a few days. Otherwise then yes, talk to a lawyer if they do not respond. I have never used them, but there is a legal firm that specializes in this. Again I have no idea how good they are, if they are a scam or not, etc. https://www.silvermillerlaw.com/practice-areas/digital-investments-cryptocurrency/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=traffic_poloniex&utm_keyword=poloniex&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIsJCf_Z-B2gIVhTJpCh34bwXoEAMYASAAEgIuvvD_BwE tulo
