Feel free to post recipe requests... Since we are literally from all over the world I thought I might have some luck here!

I'm looking for a GOOD baklava recipe, a GOOD General's Tsao chicken recipe. I also like cookies and cakes and pies...

Curry Cabbage - 1 portion - jam session it to your own liking.

Here is an easy one invented by me. Like a side dish or a fairly quick veg meal @Snoopy

Melt some salted butter in a Pan. When melted, stir in some curry of your liking.
Use a Cheese Slicer to slice cabbage shredded and thin.
Let it frie/cook in the pan a couple of minutes to keep some of the "al dente" in the Cabbage.
Add a few drops of soja sauce, give it a stir and it is ready to eat.

if anyone has any actual duck or goose recipes I'd be interested in seeing them.

We've also been occasionally driving out to this really cool outdoor oyster bar off Hood Canal and trying various versions of grilled oysters at home.  really good stuff.

Little late but a good Baklava recipe is this:

this is Baklava greek style with walnuts (the turkish one has pistachio)

Some Greek desserts also from the same author:

Bougatsa (this is traditional custard pie from Northern Greece).

And Melomakarona is my favorite dessert of Christmas time.
