Haven’t seen this “coming soon” picture before , or probably was not looking good anough. SBI Virtual Currencies? Have read half of their report posted here , but have not yet conjured up this SBI Virtual Currencies thing while reading . Could maybe someone elaborate on this. What are we presumably to expect?

If that's from the Buy XRP section, it's been there for a few months now. You will be able to buy from SBIVC XRP for fiat once they go live.
