Ledgertoookmyripple
3 months ago I got a ledger nano s and set up a windows desktop wallet .. I transferred a few thousand XRP there and they came through fine .. Opened it a couple days later and they were still there .. Then when we hit 3.00 I opened it and found a 0 balance .. I have reinstalled the latest wallet and changed the node from 1 to 2 and back .. I have reset the transactions .. That was nearly 2 months ago Are there any new Ideas out there now ?? Your help would be greatly appriciated ... TIA
Trickery
You can't have a zero balance in a wallet so if you want you can check the balance with your public key here https://xrpcharts.ripple.com/#/graph
Ledgertoookmyripple
The public key in my nano XRP wallet says "no account" when entered at that site .. And I wish to god you were right about that zero balance .. I for one would like to see my 3000 coins there

Ledgertoookmyripple
So I went back to where I sent the coins from and entered the address from my withdraw details entered that address into the link you posted and it shows my coins So how to pound the correct address into my ledger wallet ? I dont think the public address will allow me to access the coins and my private key is locked in my ledger .... Well Im closer now and have more hope . Thankyou
Trickery
So if the address you sent them to does not match the address on the ledger you have a problem. Are you sure they showed up on the ledger when you first sent them?
Ledgertoookmyripple
Yes Im paranoid about this stuff and I keep clicking till I see it
Trickery
I would be very surprised if somehow the ledger has changed the public address so I would be inclined to research how to recover your addresses using the pass phrase and then reset the ledger. One other question; you said you use a windows desktop wallet, do you mean the google chrome ledger app?
Ledgertoookmyripple
No I wanted the chrome wallet like the BTC and ETH wallets but all the ledger link lead to was the windows desktop wallet .. I have heard of people having to change the public address in this wallet buy I dont see any way to go about it or any way to get the Chrome wallet .. Maybe the chrome wallet would work ?? That sounds promising .. Im grasping at straws here now BTW thank you for the help

ZX81_1k
@Ledgertoookmyripple On this page : https://www.ledgerwallet.com/apps Which of the apps did you install to manage your Ledger Nano S? If not one of those can you post the link to the software you installed or a screen shot of it with the wallet address that shows zero. Make sure no secret key is visible... it shouldn't be visible because it's kept in the Nano but this is odd so just make sure before uploading a screenshot.
