XRPNewbie
Hi - I recently sent some ETH from GDAX to Gatehub Ripple Wallet in order to purchase XRP. But after the transfer, I see that my Ethers have moved to Gatehub's Ethereum Hot Wallet - I don't see them on my wallet. How I can get access to these ethers and buy XRPs with them? I am new to ripple and crypto, in general - so if I am missing something obvious, please excuse. Thanks! Mercury
Did you send them directly to the Gatehub wallet vs. your wallet on Gatehub? If you sent them directly to Gatehub's wallet ( not as a payment with destination tags) then you just gifted it to Gatehub. If you know your transaction tag and email Gatehub support they can help sort it outSent from my LG-K210 using Tapatalk tomb
XRPNewbie
I sent them to my wallet on Gatehub. After reviewing the transaction, I see that Ethers were transfered there, but that's followed by two more transactions that finally landed the Ethers on Gathehubs Ethereum Hot Wallet. I have sent them an email to sort out and hopefully they will reply soon. I also want to know if what happened above was a standard process or I did a mistake that led to the subsequent transactions. Thanks!
aztecminer
well, i sent ether from btc-e to my gatehub deposit address today and i am still waiting on my coins : https://etherscan.io/tx/0x222f7b81290df28849c7b205284a9ebd0ec72d546a3b5781d966faa420b96f85 i click deposit on my wallet page, then select etherium and copied address and sent them. what's weird is it says that address has les than .01 ether in it when i know it has lots of ethers. another thing is i trusted etc today and got etc coins. and i notice my etc wallet is the same address as my eth wallet ?? i sent gatehub technical support email. aztecminer
almost 24 hours and i never got my ether coins . this is first time i ever sent any coins to gatehub. i came there from rippletrade. don't send coins to gatehub because you might not get them. they are having some kind of problem right now. good thing i didn't send a large amount from my gdax account, i'd really be upset then . XRPNewbie
The matter got sorted out and I was able to see and use my ETH. It took about 4 days. I did send a few emails without any response. The last email I sent asked whether it's the standard process or if I made a mistake.. Just to ensure that I don't repeat it. No response to that. enej
Hi guys, we had minor problems with our ETH service last week which caused delays for some transactions. Services are now 100% operational (since Friday) and there should be no more delays. P.s.: If there is still someone waiting for a reply from our support please send me your email via PM. Kind regards, Enej
