Toast Wallet Address/From Poloniex

Hey everyone, I just got the Toast Wallet downloaded and all set up. I went to Poloniex to transfer my coins but they are saying the address is not valid. I sent 20 XRP to activate and then was going to send the rest after I made sure everything is good. Any idea why they are saying the address is not valid? I copy and pasted the address so I know there was no mistakes. After the first try I created another address in the wallet, but again Poloniex says wallet is not valid. I could use some insite. Thanx

 

Edit: I just looked at the addresses in Toast Wallet and they are both different lengths--- Please note that these are unactivated wallets with nothing in them and I am posting them here only for reference to get help. I am not asking for donations, just advice

My first guess would be, you should have sent over more that 20, since there's usually a small withdrawal fee..

I started using Toast too!

First time I send over a big amount just to be sure

Ok, I figured out that I wasn't putting in a destination tag at the exchange and needed to send 21 XRP not 20 . XRP now off of Poloniex...thank God....have a great day!! Thanks XRPHdlr, your advice was very helpful.
