I've contacted Gatehub support, but frankly its been several days and I haven't heard back. I do not know what more to do. Can anyone provide some assistance? Thank you. I have XRP in a Ripple wallet that I can access via Gatehub. I trade XRP on other platforms. I have high hopes for them but I'm not sure they realize how bad of a reputation they're developing on the support side. They really need to hire dedicated support people (at least one person) whose sole job is to handle support issues. MAybe they don't have the capital to hire someone else right now but they could at least pay them XRP perhaps? In any event, they always respond at some point, but it takes a while. Fair enough, but it's an opportunity to differentiate themselves. I remember RT having great support and even now that RT is closed Ripple usually reponds to my emails within a day... futurenate Posted April 16, 2017 Share Posted April 16, 2017 (edited) Gatehub is becoming the most frustrating platform I'v never been able to use, after days of trying to sign in , im now sitting and waiting for ages everytime I click on ANY option/icon I'm left staring at the "loading" symbol. dowkok Posted April 17, 2017 Share Posted April 17, 2017 Hi, I have exactly the same problem as futurenate. 2 weeks ago I accessed my Gatehub account to transfer my XRP to a different wallet (rippex) and I was stuck in Gatehub. I could get access (i still have access to my account and see my XRP there), but changing option from 'home' to 'wallet' left me also with the 'loading' symbol. I sent 5 messages during the past 2 weeks to their support email address and never received any response back, so I am very frustrated as well with this platform and I like to get my XRP out of there sooner then later. I use Safari 10.1 on a Mac. I cleared my browser history a few times, that didn't help. Today I will test Chrome and see if this will solve the problem. Will let you know as soon as this is done. dowkok Posted April 17, 2017 Share Posted April 17, 2017 I have just downloaded and tested Google Chrome on my Mac and Gatehub works. With Google Chrome I can transfer XRP to my other wallet. How difficult was it for Gatehub to respond to a support issue like this? And why is this not working with 'Safari"??? Thanks Namini for the suggestion. I will now transfer all my XRP to Rippex.
