Oh GateHub, why am I not surprised?

I've had a support ticket open with GateHub since December 23rd, 2017.  I was leaving daily replies, and decided to just start updating with weekly replies.  Logged in to the ticket today to see it marked as "solved" and closed.  Of course, I haven't received my DASH. :rolleyes:
