Need help activating Toast Wallet account

Hi,

I downloaded the Toast Wallet app on my Iphone 5s and after having sent 45XRP to it, it still hasn't activated. I see the transaction in "transactions" but the account still say "not activated yet" behind it. It also tells me that i am using the offline version and need IOS 11 for the online version, however iOS 11 doesn't even exist for my phone yet. The latest software update is the one i have which is iOS 10.3.3. I really don't understand what i am supposed to do to activate my wallet. It says it should activate after transferring 20XRP to it but that hasn't activated mine yet. When i look at a tutorial on YouTube the guy's wallet is instantly activated after transferring 21XRP. What is going on?

Well, maybe the toastwallet only works with iPhones that are still getting newest iOS firmware. 

My bet is that your wallet has been activated, But due to onder iOS you cant actually see it

Sounds like you already know your issue.  You need iOS 11 in order to use the wallet.  Since your iPhone 5s can't upgrade to iOS 11 you need to find a different device to import your wallet on.

Thank you guys for your answers. I ended up finding another charger to get my laptop started up again (having issues with the battery) and downloaded the wallet on there and then imported my wallet to the laptop and indeed it doesn't display the "not activated yet" on there but on my iphone it still does. So yeah turns out i just can't see it since i can only use the offline version.
