Gatehub payments

Dear Gatehub!

Since you do not provide basic information on your website and your customer service isn't helpful at all, I had to register for this chat. What I do not understand are payments. I understand that I can make an initial funding from a bank account only if it's my own bank account. Can I receive third party bank payments (SEPA) later? And can I send a bank payment to a third party? From your screenshot ("Send Payment") it totally looks that I can. "Send payment" means something different than "make a withdrawal". But it doesn't make sense to me. An account at you is not a bank account.

Hi @vrx,

we are still working on improving help section and general experience but you are right. Currently we do not support third party deposits and withdrawals. Any third party transaction will be rejected. We instructed our UI team to make this clearer so we do not confuse our customers.

Having said that, we are actively working to provide this functionality. In the near future you will have a broad range of gateways that might support third party withdrawals.

Coming soon is a redesigned landing page which will include more information about the gateways operating on our platform. You will find most information you need there.

Hi Enej,

Talking about improvements, some time ago u mentioned  to me in pm that u r starting phone support soon. Which has not happened yet. Please inform when would that take place as its not fair on Gatehub to make customers wait for days to get answers which can be provided in minutes..
