bobonthejob
Hi All, First of all just wanted start by saying a big hello to everyone. Appreciate anyone's help in possibly resolving my issue. I have a account setup at gatehub and successfully exchanged ETH for XRP. 2 weeks ago i upgraded my phone and with it went my Google Authenticator settings. I thought that i would be able to restore from an IOS backup to my new phone. Following this i submitted a support ticket at Gatehub which has been unanswered since the 8th January. I wanted to know if there was a way for me to transfer my XRP to my Ledger Nano S without being able to login to Gatehub. @XRP.chat on twitter suggested rippex and the world exchange as tools to use. Using my XRP address from Gatehub i am able to confirm that the correct amount of XRP is showing on the Ripple ledger (If that is the correct term). When i setup my account with Gatehub there was an important message to store a recovery key (Which i have - Copied and pasted) however on "The world exchange" i get a check sum error. Do i just wait for GateHub or can i do something else? Thanks in advance to all...Really appreciate your help. Thanks. Bob.

You can import your Wallet into your Ledger Nano S using your recovery key. https://www.ledgerwallet.com/apps/ripple
bobonthejob
So the key provided on the sign up process at GateHub will be the key to recover my GateHub account. The secret key for my address would have been in the advanced wallet settings which i did not take a note off.
