I will not let much information exposed as I have done. At the beginning of July I was robbed and I lost access to my account GateHub between other things. And why I did not used my secret password? I didn´t had it, I doubt I had printed. So, you who are reading me... you must have print the secret key and store it in a safe place. I talked with @Enej previously by private message, CEO of GateHub. So, the first thing I did was try contact him desperately but is that the reason was very important. Perhaps for some of you... its not very important, but for me that the owner of a company like GateHub answer me and take his time is very valuable. He helped me in the process of recovering my funds, both GateHub and Bitstamp. The part of Bitstamp was the most important, they had my BTCs amounting to 1.4M of XRP's. enough reason to not stay in calm. But 3 week after, I could recover my funds. GateHub security is so strong that it is not possible to regain access to the account without the key or password, no one can enter. You need open a new account and praying for help. I am very satisfied with the service. Thanks GateHub, Thank you @Enej. note: I also spoke with Nejc (CEO at Bitstamp) by e-mail. I am very satisfied with the service. So: you don't have a secret key of your Ripple account, you don't know your GateHub password, but GateHub was still able to access XRPs in your Ripple account? Bitstamp was who had the power of BTC tokens in gatehub, at that time was doing day trading. I think if I had my balance in XRP, today I would have nothing. You had Bitstamp BTC IOUs in some Ripple account and then you lost secret key/Gatehub password of your account. And then Bitstamp sent the same amount of Bitstamp BTC IOUs to your new Ripple account.
