Help with uploading documents in latin format

Gooday

When setting up my personal profile i experienced difficulties towards the end of it,specifically where we have to attach documents. I uploaded all my documents and it showed that it uploaded to 100% but i was not able to "upload and proceed". My question is How do we attach documents that have Latin letters? , as normal docs don''t seem to be supported by Gatehub.

Regards

Raulf

As far as I know, the Latin alphabet is the alphabet we are using now. also known as the Roman alphabet, the alphabet of the English language. problem could be with the format, .png, .jpeg, etc. Also some have a certain number of bytes that docs should be within.

Yes, this is a major issue for those in regions that use other alphabets, such as Chinese and/or those using Cyrillic script. Unfortunately the only work around is to either use an exchange in the local region and/or get an official translated documents (usually done via an embassy or government agency).

Exchanges in Western Euro or US have to be able to report or authenticate users immediately and not go through a translation service
