I sent 13.4 btc from gatehub to my Coinbase bitcoin wallet address. They never left the gatehub cold wallet because they never made it to the btc  block chain, the cold wallet was the last recorded stop. So trying to contact a human representative at gatehub is or seems impossible. Not even getting an email response. Its really horrible how they treat there clients. How would you feel if a quarter of million dollars just disappeared and there is no one you can call. Ok so I could take a vacation to Slovenia and see if I could find someone to ask about this but uh. Yeah Right!

1/4 of a million?  Have you looked at the price of BTC lately?  You're down to $155k

As far as Gatehub support, good luck.  I've had a support ticket in since Dec 23rd, 2017 and have only received one automated response that they've been receiving a significant number of tickets and to reply if help is still needed.

Gatehub are laid t*ts up, wasted, taking a dirt nap.

It gets on my nerves. It's like old polo: oh we're too busy, so we crashed. It's not our fault though.

Best just email them regularly. Probably once a day. Or, try to call them

I have the same problem with gatehub. I sent ETH to binance. And I also transferred ETH from one gatehub account to another gatehub account. And also tossed from the account blockichain info to the account gatehub. and all 3 times the ETH did not reach the account

And also I sent US dollars to my bank account from my gatehub account and they also did not come.

gatehub is an ongoing disaster -- at this point i am starting to get suspicious that it's beyond negligence -- i hope not

They are overloaded with new clients, bitcoin has a fee based processing protocol now a . They also have to deal with Bitcoin not being transacted thru miners but are now collecting large fees for processing the bitcoin orders. This is creating a bottleneck. Bitcoin is being used as a clearing house for most if not all coins and it is not very liquid at all. So liquidity is a big factor as is the actual accountability issue no one should be burned just be sure to check your wallet addresses.

They periodically post tweets on Twitter.
There are a lot of people there who have a transaction frozen.
I currently have two transactions frozen.
yesterday was 4 but yesterday the money came through the swift into my bank account (it was 8 days) and today the etherium entered my account in the block of information (it was 1 day).
There are 2 more transactions, both were not received on the account gatehub.net
(They have been going for about a week now.)

That's what I thought.
All problems with transactions are connected mainly with the etherium bitcoins and other crypto-currencies but not with XRP.
Surrenders to me, gatehub.net working on Ripple bends the course of bitcoin and etherium due to the fact that the network has a lot of information about the hanging transactions of these crypto currency.
It seems to me that they do this specifically to make people use xrp more than other crypto-currencies.
At the moment, it seems really better to translate the etherium and Bitcoin that are on gatehub.net to xrp and then already send it to other places.
I yesterday translated xrp gatehub.net to binance.
The transaction came in seconds.
Welcome to the competition between crypto-currencies.
