brianwalden
I'm looking for a replacement for Ripplefox's FMM which was a market making fund that payed XRP dividends. I know that type of thing isn't real sexy for crypto traders, but it was perfect for me. Is there anything like that out there where I can buy in and get dividends in XRP or some other crypto? ThomasTheTGV
@brianwalden I've been struggling to find a replacement... I even tried a HYIP, but ow boy that ended badly. The only good thing that came out of that is that apparently I'm the only heir of an Nigerian prince and I'm one e-mail reply away from 100 million dollar! brianwalden

Just buy XRP under $2, leave 6 months, profit.

Thanks, but I've already got a bunch of those. I'm looking for a different class of investment.
ThomasTheTGV
@LamboToTheMoon The world doesn't revolve around making profits alone. (I think) You need to do something back for a community like writing blogs, run a node, invest in MM funds, educate FUD-sters, etc... Market making helps XRP to gain more liquidity and in the long helps the price of XRP to rise and if you are like you also receive dividend! So @LamboToTheMoon what will your contribution be? @brianwalden https://seedtoken.io/ is a project that @AndrewSF is involved in but it has been pretty silent on that front lately. You could try a bot like http://profittrailer.io/? I bought a license but didn't come around setting it up yet...
Sukrim
You could offer XRP for lending at exchanges like Bitfinex.
ThomasTheTGV
I was to late for https://www.rialto.ai/ and this https://www.bitstamp.net/article/follow-xrp-market-maker-incentive-completed/
brianwalden
Thanks @ThomasTheTGV. I've tried trading and I'm terrible at it. That's why I was happy to let someone else do it, absorb the risk, and give me the crumbs. Good to see you again! ThomasTheTGV

How do they stop people from running off with your money? Edited January 15, 2018 by brianwalden

Profits are the key to financial freedom and thus a happy life, despite my username I'm not aiming for an actual lambo.
ThomasTheTGV
Ow than there is https://cointal.com/?referer=ThomasTheTGV You can make a good couple of bucks there selling XRP yourself. It is easy to do BUT still requires some elbow grease, I made about 400$ with 9 trades which cost me about 30 minutes of work per trade.

ThomasTheTGV
@LamboToTheMoon I understand and one should always take care of his or her self first! But surely you have done voluntary work or helped someone that was in need? The smile you receive then is worth a lot more than all the money in the world, if you don't know this yet you will learn it somewhere along the line. And that line can start right here in this online community or in your home town!

It looks like I can't do Bitfinex as an American, but I might try a small amount at Poloniex.
brianwalden
Nope. My state won't let Poloniex accept me.
