My husband started a  OpenCoin account in 2013. The requirement for account was 50 xrp. He bought xrp starter pack from Bitmit. Later added xrp from EBay and Redditt users. Plus atleast1500xrp from sweepstakes. He believed in xrp and help to promote it until he became very ill from a rare form of Multiple Sclerosis, etc. He remained in contact with Ripple during this time (Ripple confirmed fund in emails), and who was completely aware of his issues. When he was able he merged account to Gatehub. When he logged on (still his original account) no xrp. When he contacted Ripple, he was told there was never and funds deposited or withdrawn. When he provided them with evidence of deposits and emails from Ripple going back to 2013, they just stopped communicating with him.

What am I trying to accomplish here (xrpchat) is to get informed opinions and share my experiences. what are you trying to accomplish?  Also i have tried that, it keep saying account not activated yet. So how does an account dating back to Opencoin (2013) that required a 50xrp min. EXIST but no funds?? How come when Ripple is shown evidence (beside the simple fact the account exist) there were funds, they just stop responding?

My husband has been in contact with Ripple who acknowledge account from 2013 and Opencoin did require a deposit Before account creation. They cant explain why the Wallet (rpoQoAQTJgDjTY1cDqULVhnDYo34QcfmNU) they provided in email with secret code is inactive with no record of deposit or withdraw or why they had on several occasions for his secret code.  We are filing formal complaint with the SEC and Justice Department.

You're right that there have never been any transactions on that wallet address you provided in the last message. Are you able to sign in to Gatehub at the moment, is that where you've been looking at the wallet and seeing the zero balance?

If you are using Gatehub, is it possible you're just seeing the primary wallet with a zero balance but there might be another sub-wallet, if you like, under the same login credentials. This is what I've got from a old Ripple Trade account that got merged into Gatehub.

To see the other wallets, select Wallets on the left side of the website, then click the little V icon at the top of the page next to the primary wallet name. This drops down a list of any other wallets on the account which might have the XRP in them.

I've attached an example screenshot (not my account, in-case you're wondering!).Capture.PNG.bee5f2661acd4c08e3dd3be42c501a6e.PNG
