Facebook has a page but does not look kept or responded to 3. Heard of problems with deposits disappearing. Haven't used it THAT much, though, basically sent XRP for HODLing and that's about it. I did restore a second one so that it's a copy of the 1st, too. If you're going to make accusations at least back them up. If you're referring to the guy who bought a Ledger Nano S from a third party and was scammed by the third party that's got nothing to do with Ledger Nano S at all. The only thing I'm afraid of Ledger, is if they shutdown the nodes where they submit the transactions. There is not a way to tell manually to which server it connects. Too much is failing on the device too often. Then I wrote to the devs on Reddit and their reply was super unprofessional. I transferred all coins out if it and back into my cold wallets. It is hit or miss with these guys. Some have good luck and others cant get any at all. Service is unprifessioanlly poor. No chance you get a human to help you from there. Personaly a coldwallet is free and has NO qustion of its security. I ordered 1/2 - they had no mention of backorder at the time. what about the problems with missing deposits or syncing? Am I over-paranoid? Please verify that when you are opening your ripple wallet that Chrome is not running at the same time. I hope that's helpful I had the same problem. Just use Chrome to use the app-manager. Then when you want to look at your wallet(s), jus close the app-manager and chrome and startup the wallet.
