ucisblessed Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 It is disheartening that a company recommended by Ripple to handle Ripple wallet can be this inefficient. I have been treated so badly by Gatehub support. My wife had issues as her phone was stolen, and she wants to disable the 2FA, we have written to Gatehub support more than 5 times in over 3 weeks, not even a single reply. I have done all that i know to with draw from my wallet with them, for over 7 days i have been getting error messages, 'PATH COULD NOT SEND PARTIAL AMOUNT) i have written 2 time to their support, they have refused to reply.This is very bad. Ripple as a company should look into this, i dont know if i am the only one that their support has refused to respond to.
