Gatehub is killing Ripple

It is disheartening that a company recommended by Ripple to handle Ripple wallet can be this inefficient. I have been treated so badly by Gatehub support. My wife had issues as her phone was stolen, and she wants to disable the 2FA, we have written to Gatehub support more than 5 times in over 3 weeks, not even a single reply.

I have done all that i know  to with draw from my wallet with them, for over 7 days i have been getting error messages, 'PATH COULD NOT SEND PARTIAL AMOUNT) i have written 2 time to their support, they have refused to reply. This is very bad. Ripple as a company should look into this, i dont know if i am the only one that their support has refused to respond to.

Can anyone help me please?

agree, it's become a total disaster -- i get the above all the time

i have friends who cannot contact their support after weeks, in one case a month!

transfers from them get "stuck" somewhere en route to banks

they keep renaging on promises e.g. the DTR tokens launch

the interface is a total sham, a farce, a joke, it's slow and shoddy

they are unable to scale and meet demand

they provide usesless crappy tokens instead of improving liquidity and quality of service

constant bugs, login problems, jesus just search this forum with the word "gatehub" and look in horror...

of course you always get one moronic twit on here posting "yeah but it was fine for me!"

which is like saying... the banking crisis didnt affect me! well good for you, A$$HOLE, it does affect others

DO NOT RECOMMEND GATEHUB GOING FORWARD, absolute trash

in fact it is SO BAD that it's a bitcoin maximalists dream

they are doing everything to destroy ripple in the minds of newbies and frustrated speculators

they should refund users where necessary and close up shop, good riddance

Agreed. Like SBRforums that ranks online sportsbooks and keeps them responsible with a grading system so should it be with exchanges. The 3rd party doing the grading should have the power to convince any newbie not to sign up for an exchange with a low grade and the exchange can get their grades improved by working with the 3rd party to rectify complaints. GateHub gets an "F" and there is no reason anyone should choose it over the myriad others.

It´s not only killing Ripple, it´s also killing me. I made a SEPA deposit on December 29th and my funds are nowhere to be seen yet.

I take they are overloaded and overwhelmed but come on...

My last (and last ever) SEPA deposit to Gatehub took 20 days to show up in my wallet. My bank confirmed that the funds had been successfully transferred the following day after I made the deposit, meaning Gatehub had my funds for 19 days before crediting my account.

I think I´m also done with them. Actually there´s a silver lining, I was planning to send half of my XRP stash to my wallet in Gatehub to hedge risk (and cash out eventually if needed), but after this experience that´s not gonna happen.

I didn´t have any problems before but now it seems it´s just out of control.

I was also planning on cashing out through Gatehub when the time came but I no longer have the confidence in them for that. I'm sure there will be a trustworthy and more convenient way of cashing out by then anyway.

I agree. Personally I´m really looking forward for FairX to rollout.

My deposit finally came through and got to buy me some more XRP at 1,65 EUR. In the end this played out even better because if there would have not been any delays I was willing to buy at 2,50.

I must be one of the very few thanking GateHub right now...

I haven't heard one good thing about them.

The good thing is that they provide on ledger wallets. You get your secret key. This is why I onboarded with them a while ago. I want to have an exchange that also is a real wallet. Nobody else is giving me this. And now, Gatehub is just the fuc**ng worse in all other aspects.

What's so bad is that since early December, it's been the fasted path to getting XRP for me and other newbies. Coinbase to gatehub . Got sick of gatehub and their delays posting funds or posting wrong amount, moved assets to kraken. Now Kraken offline 30+ hours. Anyone not in early seems to hit a wall getting in now.
