Lumpy
Having no news from Gatehub regarding my corporate account verification, I decided to visit their London office yesterday. The 88-90 Hatton Garden is a building where you can find a collection of doors/ offices. There is a main entry door with a code. However, you can get in quite easily because there is a lot of activity, people coming in and out from the building. The name Gatehub appears nowhere. The only name you will find at the suite 48 (4th floor) is Morwood Leyland. I knocked on the door many times. No answers. Then I decided to knock on the door in front of their office. A man opened the door. - Hi - Hello - Sorry to bother you but do you know if the company Gatehub is in the suite 48? - No idea, the only thing I know is that people coming to the suite 48 is quite rare, I would say once or twice a month. End of the story Wanted to share this with you guys. Peace ThomasV, Graine and Javim777
tulo
Well, usually the legal address might be different from the work address. For their work they can probably work from thailand or hawai...they are making so much money that I'd do that.

There are better exchanges for your needs. We are developing arbitrage solutions on top of the ripple protocol. We need to have our gateways on blockchain (Bitstamp, Gatehub, MrRipple). Other platforms are private/ off blockchain.
xh3b4sd
Gatehub is only registered in London because of some tax tricks. They are from some baltic countries AFAIK. I am not sure there is any office. Maybe they go with remote first. At this point you can only be patient and trust or stay away.

(Being in the USA I see this often as I live near the registration capital of the state of Delaware) That being said, I LIKE REAL companies. I'm now MOST interested in their reply and where they actually do business and not in their parents basement. MooseInTime
The CEO and "manager" are Slovenian nationals, and attorney is in the USA according to companies house. Ally28
Having a London office for HQ is clearly for tax purposes. When I transferred my GBPs to their EUR account I did look up to see where the bank was based and was in fact a Slovenian bank. with regards to the admin folk who KYC users, the names do appear to be Eastern European names so their operations seem to be based there
