I have emailed Gatehub support but they can forever to reply sometimes

I'm having the same problem.  There's no place to put those codes in. I've sent two seperate tickets to Gatehub with the pic of me, my ID, and a dated message to deactivate my 2FA like their automated system told me too do. I started trying to get support from them starting January 3rd. I've sent 26 messages between then and now and still haven't had a response from them.
